Shift :                          AM Shift 6 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday early finish 11.30 am.

Specific ResponsibilitiesTo manually insert and fit parts to produce fasteners to strict tolerances.To operate various machines in the Production department as required.In process fitting of inserts and collars, test and carryout Self Inspection of parts.To use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications.

Self-certification of personal work.

Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.

Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis.

Undertake training on various machines required to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace, with the goal of once fully trained being prepared to train others.

To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams.Work as fully flexible team member within the Company to maximize levels of production and quality.
