**Operator** We are seeking a reliable Process Loading Operator to handle safe washing, loading, and unloading of trucks in a regulated manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Follow environmental, safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines + Perform truck loading and unloading according to procedures and schedules + Carry out cleaning processes (CIP) + Prepare shipment documentation using inventory/production software + Operate computer systems for loading and process control + Verify correct loading, sealing, and documentation before truck departure + Report equipment issues to supervision + Maintain accurate written and electronic records + Adhere to all safety, GMP, and facility policies **Required Skills** + 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs + Ability to stand for 12‑hour shifts + Strong mechanical aptitude **Why This Role May Be a Good Fit** + Pay increases available upon direct hire + Safety‑focused environment + Rotating schedule that provides every other weekend off **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
