Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Setting up, managing, and monitoring materials, tools, and production equipmentResolving minor malfunctions, and operating the production equipmentPerform production tasks (such as assembling instruments), overseeing safety and continuously monitoring process flowIdentify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviationsLiaise with development engineers regarding product and/or production changesUsing your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

MBO level 3-4 in the field of process operator, (precision) mechanical engineering, or similarExperience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanicsExperience training others is a plusProficiency in English and DutchTech savvy, affinity for ICT

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
