We seek a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic setting, eager to learn multiple roles within the Operations group and contribute creative process improvements. **Responsibilities** + Utilize acid pickling solution for post-processing parts, ensuring safety with provided PPE including smock, goggles, and gloves. + Setup and operate state-of-the-art laser cutting systems. + Clean and inspect lifesaving medical device components. + Master all processes and suggest improvements. + Participate in startup and shutdown of all facilities equipment. + Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications. + Train other employees in production processes or equipment usage as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Adhere to instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager, following company policies and safe labor practices. + Uphold a professional standard of conduct and job performance. **Essential Skills** + Machine operating + Production and manufacturing knowledge + Quality control and inspection of parts + Basic math skills, including conversion from millimeters to centimeters + Proficiency with calipers and microscopes + Computer literacy + Experience in data entry and machine operations **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent + Experience with inspection equipment is advantageous + Willingness to learn and assume different responsibilities **Why Work Here?** This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing startup where you will be trained across all stations.
