Responsibility:
Be responsible for co-ordinating logistics arrangements to deliver all customer orders from the point of collection to delivery on the assigned trade route.
Be required to communicate constantly with customers, shipping/ air freight, and other JF Hillebrand Offices in order to manage the transport and documentation for the order.
Be ensure commercial viability on all orders by continuously monitoring and managing costs, timelines and service quality.
Be ensure customer requirements are met, customers are up-to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise.
Requirement:
More than 2 year Customer Service/logistics experience
College degree
Good command of English and PC skill
Be good at managing multiple tasks and time
Willing to take challenging work and face customer
Team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems
