**Operator I – 2nd Shift**
**Adecco | Sterling, VA** | $14.50/hour | Weekly Pay
**Shift:** 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
**Job Summary**
Adecco is currently seeking **Operator I Associates** for the 2nd shift at Cuisine Solutions in Sterling, VA. You will assist in food preparation using sous vide methods, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare workstation per daily schedule and assigned recipes.
+ Operate mixing, extruding, freezing, and packing equipment.
+ Monitor and record production data accurately.
+ Follow sanitation policies to prevent cross-contamination.
+ Safely use knives, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
+ Support quality assurance by reporting issues immediately.
**Qualifications**
+ Must follow instructions precisely and work under deadlines.
+ Basic math and measurement skills required.
+ Food production or warehouse experience preferred.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
+ Must lift up to 40 lbs and handle 55+ lbs as needed.
+ Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments.
+ Flexible to work overtime or weekends if required.
**Pay Details:** $14.50 per week
