Adecco is hiring for 2nd Shift Operator positions in San Antonio, TX. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced food production team using the sous vide cooking method. If you have an eye for detail and can follow step-by-step instructions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities include: • Follow recipes and detailed procedures to prepare food using sous vide cooking • Measure, weigh, season, and portion ingredients accurately • Operate food preparation equipment such as broilers, searing plates, grills, and packaging machines • Verify raw materials, in-process food, and finished products meet quality standards • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations following GMP and HACCP standards • Monitor and report equipment issues to supervisors • Store prepared food according to safety and sanitation guidelines • Keep accurate records of ingredients, weights, and scraps • Follow all plant safety rules and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (Spanish a plus) • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) • Education equal to at least 6th grade; HS Diploma/GED preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team • Ability to work in cold environments (+45°F to -10°F) • Able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs • Comfortable working under strict production deadlines Job Details: • Location: San Antonio, TX • Pay: $ 14.50/hour • Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM • Schedule: Days off are assigned during orientation – must be flexible • Assignment Type: Temporary with potential for hire • Weekly paycheck & access to Adecco Aspire Academy for free upskilling courses **Pay Details:** $14.50 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
