**Job Title:** Operator I **Location:** Sarasota, FL **Job Type:** Full-Time **Summary:** The Operator I is responsible for operating production machinery and support equipment in accordance with established procedures. This role supports product quality through accurate machine operation, inspections, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and monitor production equipment. + Follow work instructions, safety policies, and quality standards. + Perform basic troubleshooting and machine cleaning. + Conduct quality inspections and complete required paperwork. + Maintain a clean and organized workstation. + Support departmental tasks such as spooling, extrusion, or labeling as needed. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma/GED preferred. + Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required. + Basic math and measurement skills. + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. + Familiarity with GMP and lean manufacturing is a plus. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. + Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. + Must be able to climb stairs/ladders and perform repetitive motions. **Pay Details:** $16.25 to $16.75 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
