**💼** **Position Overview**
We’re hiring dependable and detail-oriented **Production Operators** in **Columbus, Nebraska** for 2nd and 3rd shift roles in a regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for routine production tasks including inspection, documentation, and product movement. Training may be provided for hand-held pallet jack use.

3rd Shift Mon–Fri, 6pm–2am $20/hr + $2.70 diff = **$22.70/hr**
**🔧** **Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine production tasks: filling, packing, labeling, assembling, inspecting
+ Maintain accurate records per **FDA** , **GMP** , and **ISO9000** standards
+ Support team goals and collaborate effectively
+ Follow standard operating procedures under direct supervision
+ Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
+ Possibly operate hand-held pallet jacks (training provided)
**🎓** **Qualifications**
+ **High School Diploma or equivalent**
+ Basic skills in production processes and techniques
+ Ability to read and interpret specifications in English
+ Perform basic math calculations
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality
+ Willingness to work flexible or extended hours
