About the Role

Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department

Job Responsibilities:

Support the design and delivery of transformation initiatives across POS, contact center, claims, underwriting, and servicingContribute to the development of Life & Health ecosystem strategies that align operations with business goals and customer needsLead GenAI-driven initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experiencePartner with BAU teams to ensure seamless integration of transformation efforts into daily operationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomesHelp optimize shared service models and operational structures across regional and local teamsMonitor and report on transformation progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Job Requirements:

Degree Holder8–15 years of experience in transformation roles, ideally within Life & Health insurance or consulting practiceStrong understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and operational landscapeHands-on experience with GenAI applications in business operationsProven ability to work across BAU and transformation teamsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
