ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive training system that integrates production training with auditing processes..This role is especially impactful in the aerospace industry, where precision, safety, and continuous improvement are critical. You will help foster awareness among team members about the importance of their work in supporting high-stakes, high-performance aerospace operations.WHAT WILL YOU DO:·Develop and maintain a training system tailored to production department needs·Organize and schedule training sessions for team members·Conduct floor audits, including product inspections and compliance checks·Create and track metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and audit findings·Advise management on appropriate training levels and types·Maintain the training database for production staff·Perform routine certifications and recertifications·Lead meetings to address training, quality, and performance·Issue certification cards for process-specific qualifications·Revise and update training documentation in internal SystemWHAT WILL YOU NEED:·High School Diploma·Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing)·Demonstrated ability to plan projects and follow through to completion·Knowledge of quality concepts including Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.·Ability to interpret drawings and other specifications·Good understanding of manufacturing practices and procedures·Strong communication and teamwork capabilities·Strong Computer Skills - MS OfficeWHAT WILL YOU GAIN:Salary range from  7 500 to 11 000 PLN gross – depending on experiencePrivate health insurance, life and accident insurance, and a MyBenefit/Multikafeteria packageParticipate in the company performance bonus programEmployee Benefit FundMeal vouchersExperienced team and professional development
