Operations Trainer -Bilingual (English & Spanish)
**Pay Up to $25/ hourly based off experience.** **JOB SUMMARY** The Operations Trainer is responsible for training all new hires and transfers within operations, covering all shifts and temperature zones. The trainer will also be responsible for re-training associates identified as not meeting performance standards. The primary focus is to ensure new hires and transfer associates are successfully trained to meet performance goals in quality, productivity, and safety. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Deliver training programs for new hires and transferring associates to ensure they meet performance and safety standards. + Conduct hands-on training sessions and provide continuous coaching to improve associate skills. + Develop and implement effective training materials and programs tailored to operational needs. + Identify areas for improvement in training processes and recommend enhancements. + Monitor and assess employee progress, providing constructive feedback and additional training as needed. + Work collaboratively with supervisors and managers to ensure training aligns with operational goals. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** High School Diploma or equivalent **Experience** + Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles preferred. + Experience in an operational environment (such as food production or distribution) is a plus but not required. **Skills** + Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish) + Strong communication and instructional skills. + Ability to train individuals with varying skill levels effectively. + Proficient in Microsoft Office. + Strong organizational and analytical skills. **Decision-Making Authority** **Decisions made independently:** + Development and delivery of training programs. + Assessment of training needs and creation of customized training plans. + Identification of areas to improve processes and reduce errors. **Decisions made with review and approval:** + Implementation of new training methods and programs. + Adjustments to training strategies based on associate performance.
