Marsh O&T is seeking candidates for the position of Operations & Technology (O&T) Leader Korea. In this role, you will support the business by developing and operationalizing the business strategy to drive a best-in-class organization, enabling outstanding product and service delivery for Marsh clients, partners, and colleagues. You will report to the Operations & Technology Leader Asia and drive significant transformation while leading critical strategic projects and initiatives. This role requires effective, inclusive collaboration and influential stakeholder management skills to drive success across the domestic market.

Drive efficiency by delivering excellence in client service and productivity, ensuring that operations run effectively and efficiently in alignment with business expectations.Engage the team in continuous improvement initiatives and drive ownership of outcomes to enhance the client experience.Implement initiatives to increase client delivery capabilities, maximizing performance, revenue, profile, and market share while delivering outstanding products and services.Drive local market revenue growth while creating an excellent client experience in collaboration with members of the O&T organization.Partner on all aspects of the organization's operations and technology to eliminate expenses and inefficiencies, assisting the leadership team in identifying and maximizing local market opportunities.Continue executing the long-term Target Operating Model strategy, evolving and defining the building blocks of O&T to ensure best practices are utilized across the firm.Leverage data and analytics to drive the business agenda and track performance against industry benchmarks, monitoring progress against key metrics to drive accountability.Manage day-to-day operations within the team, evaluating performance and developing processes and policies to ensure optimal performance.Establish a culture of high performance and collaboration, focusing the team on operational excellence and efficiency.Attract, retain, and develop best-in-class talent, demonstrating accountability in team and self-development initiatives.What you need to have:
Minimum 10 years of on-the-ground experience in operations & technology within the financial services/insurance sector, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.Demonstrated experience in delivering operational excellence through appropriate methodologies, automation, and digitization, with a solid track record of driving enterprise-wide changes.Proven ability to drive process reengineering across shared services organizations and/or Centres of Excellence (COEs), with prior experience in successful offshoring work desired.Customer-centric mindset with evidence of delivering significant change to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer experience; call centre/CRM experience preferred.Experience managing a diverse team and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment, with cultural dexterity in navigating Korea and operating within a regional/global platform.Strong communication skills in English and Korean.What makes you stand out?
