**Job Description**
W&W Dairy Inc. located in Monroe, WI is hiring a production worker. W&W Dairy is a demanding, fast paced cheese processing facility.
The person hired for this position will be trained to perform all of the different jobs in our Production Department. Job assignments will include operating a variety cheese packaging and processing equipment.

+ Job Duties and Responsibilities
+ Perform a variety of line duties within the manufacturing environment to include processing, machine operator, and/or break relief operator jobs (e.g., Receiver, Palletizer, Blend/Filler/CIP/Mix/Packaging/Loader operators). This may include troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance repairs
+ Clean, set-up, operate, and monitor equipment on the production line
+ Ensure that the proper materials are used for each product being produced
+ Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks
+ Review charts, screens, quality check sheets, and specifications that are in both hard copy and electronic format
+ Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required to maintain plant equipment; complete cleaning checklist once line has completed run
+ Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed
+ Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties
+ Maintain communication with other departments, supervisor, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
+ Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s
+ Review process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot
+ Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
+ Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues

**Requirements**
Education and Experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1 to 3 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in the dairy or consumer goods industry
+ Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Knowledge of plant operations
+ Proficiency with company computer systems
+ Able to operate production equipment, components, and peripheral accessories
+ Able to work independently and as part of a team
+ Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
+ Able to take appropriate steps to find solutions to problems
+ Able to perform task and duties under general supervision
+ Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
+ Bilingual preferred but, not required

**Pay Range** $17.75-$20.00
