As an operations team lead at UPS, you’ll work from 03:00am to 11:00am and ensure that all packages are processed efficiently during the sorting shift. **What You’ll Do** As an Operations team lead, you’ll organize and optimize operations in the warehouse during the sorting shift, which runs from 04:00 to 08:00. During this time, packages are sorted and loaded into delivery vans, ready for the drivers who depart at 08:00. You’ll supervise around 50 warehouse employees, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to safety regulations. You’re always looking for ways to improve processes and help your team perform at their best. You’ll conduct performance reviews, support employee development, manage sick leave, and help recruit new team members. In short: you know what it takes to make the shift a success for everyone involved. You’ll work from 03:00 to 11:00 in the morning.
