In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the records management team, ensuring the efficient and compliant lifecycle management of physical and electronic records. You will lead a dedicated team of specialists, implementing rigorous recordkeeping policies and ensuring strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for retention, access, and secure disposition.

**What You’ll Do**
In this role, you will:
+ Lead and Mentor Operations Talent: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Records Management Specialists, delegating tasks and conducting performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
+ Manage the Records Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of records—from creation and indexing to retrieval and off-site storage—while coordinating with vendors for secure destruction in accordance with retention schedules.
+ Ensure Compliance and Data Integrity: Implement and enforce organizational policies and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, assisting in audits and identifying compliance risks to maintain the highest levels of data privacy and security.
**What You’ll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role within warehouse operations, supply chain, or records management.
+ Strong Knowledge of Records Principles: A deep understanding of records management best practices, industry standards (such as ISO 15489), and relevant data privacy laws.
+ Exceptional Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, coach, and provide constructive feedback to a diverse team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
+ Technical & Organizational Proficiency: High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
