Operations/System Analyst III (Full-time)

Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Position Summary The Operations/Systems analyst III is responsible for providing exemplary customer service and technical support to all HHHN staff. The Operations/Systems analyst III will be involved in the auditing, support, and maintenance of all enterprise technical support applications, access control, identity access and other systems. The Operations/Systems analyst III will ensure the software systems are configured consistently with HHHN cybersecurity standards and will work with the Cybersecurity and Vulnerability remediation engineers on corporate security and auditing initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Experience in providing professional and courteous customer service. + Support and troubleshoot issues for staff who are both onsite and in remote locations. + Responsible for monitoring the ticketing system and supporting enterprise technical application and access systems, and special projects related to those systems. + Prior knowledge and experience support an enterprise intranet application, Sharepoint, Teams solutions. + Work with cross functional project groups. + Support, maintain and document the enterprise mass notification application system. + Support, maintain and document the enterprise Identity access and Identity provisioning solution. + Support, maintain and document the enterprise virtual faxing solution. + Support, maintain and document the enterprise Printer management solution. + Support, maintain and document the enterprise meeting room equipment. + Ability to work with the security staff to remediate any assigned recognized security vulnerabilities with the technical and access applications. + Will participate in the rotating 24/7 on call support . + Travel to HHHN site locations to provide onsite support when necessary. + Log all requests in the enterprise ticketing system, responds to requests in a timely manner, and follow through on reported problems until satisfactorily resolved. + Notify staff member (s) when problems or issues have been resolved. + Provide staff member(s) with accurate estimates of when jobs can be completed. + Maintain vehicles and HHHN equipment in a professional and responsible manner. + Communicate effectively with other IT team members. + Document and track inventory of any and all HHHN issued technology equipment to HHHN staff or sites. Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the essential functions: + Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience with technical Operations/Systems applications or 6 years supporting enterprise Operations/Systems applications and comparable certification(s) Comptia A+, N+, Security + + Previous customer service experience. + Previous experience supporting access control systems. + Previous experience supporting web-based intranet systems. + Experience with managing and support of an enterprise mass notification system. + Experience with managing and support of an enterprise identity and user provisioning solution. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Experience using an enterprise Helpdesk ticketing system. + Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Windows, IOS, and Android platforms. + Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, Printer management solutions and networking configurations. + Experience with setup, configuration, supporting and updating Microsoft Teams room equipment. + Knowledge of computer hardware systems. + Knowledge of cybersecurity industry standards. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on critical impact. + Capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or orally and has good phone skills. The pay rate for this position is $66,500.00/annually. This is a non-exempt position.
