Overview:

2020 Companies is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Support Specialist to join our team!

As an Operations Support Specialist,  you will support the Sales Operations team by managing reporting, validating data accuracy, and maintaining operational documentation. This position requires strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring clean, accurate data that supports leadership decision-making and business growth.

Advanced Administrative Skills

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (Required)

Proficient in VLOOKUP and complex formulasAbility to build and manage multi-sheet workbooksData validation and error-checking techniquesConditional formatting and logical functions (IF statements)Ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepanciesComfortable working with audit reports and reconciliationsExperience cleaning and manipulating data for reporting purposes

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience with reporting dashboardsExposure to sales operations or retail reportingFamiliarity with CRM or workforce management systemsXML Connector experience is a plus

Job Description:

Partner with key stakeholders to provide operational support for both field management and internal teamsCommunicate in a timely and professional manner with all employees and internal stakeholdersContribute to a positive new hire experience by entering accurate and detail oriented dataMaintain excellent data integrity within all operations related systemsManage and troubleshoot access to all operations related systemsEnsure new agent information is appropriately communicated to internal/external clients (uniforms, badges, business cards, system usernames/passwords, etc)Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondenceReceive and send packages and general mailEffectively create and maintain reporting spreadsheetsMaintain a high-level of customer service during inbound/outbound callsPerform all other duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

Promptly update data in reporting systems; ensure data integrity through audit/reviewAccurate tracking of travel/field expensesEnsure reporting accuracy

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred1 year administrative and/or customer service experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively; paying close attention to detailDemonstrate initiative and follow-up with customersIntermediate working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Physical Requirements:

This is a ‘Sedentary’ position; there will be prolonged periods of sitting, exerting up to 10 pounds of force may be occasionally required. Additionally, this position will be required to:
