**Responsibilities** : + Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses. + Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive. + Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following instructions to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time. + Scheduling Advisor Home Office Visits and completion of various onboarding support tasks. + Ordering and distribution of office and kitchen supplies for our floor. ​ **Skills** : + Plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives. + Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes. + Acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives. + Select and deploy the appropriate office system and to use it to optimum effect.
