Position Summary:

This role sits with the Brisbane / Drug Substance Division - One of the five divisions that make up the Pharma Services Group. At the Brisbane site, we specialise in GMP manufacturing and commercialisation of large molecule biologics, applying proven manufacturing approaches. This allows us to serve the needs of our clients in the BioPharma sectors globally by supporting the MSS team with material movement within the production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the MSS team and greater OPS group by, all partners to ensure that all material is delivered to the production suites as per the production schedulePartner with the supply chain to maintain sites safety stock levels via weekly stock replenishment orders.Daily top up of cleanroom gowns (scrubs, smocks and coveralls) are in circulation to meet production needs Ensure laundry is sent off as per schedule to meet production needsCoordinating sites daily cleaning requirements and ensuring adequate cleaning supplies (e.g. mop heads/chemicals) are in circulation to meet cleaning schedule/demand.Assembly and autoclaving of manifolds and filters for the site.Filter integrity testing.A pro-active attitude and personal initiative is expected to identify and overcome practical problems, proposes possible solution and communicates to the responsible person.Proactively adhere with the Patheon cGMP Quality Management System and the Patheon EH&S requirements.Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.
