JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ We are seeking an individual to support our team in the management and development of content for key learning platforms to help with increased workload due to the departure of a key employee.
⦁ This individual will be a part of a dynamic team that supports several global colleagues in creating and maintaining training materials.
⦁ To be successful, they will need to be proficient in MS365 tools (specifically the Office Suite, Teams and SharePoint) as well as be able to learn the administrative side of learning systems in place at Client (has demonstrated experience in learning and supporting a new tool/platform, not necessarily needing experience in our platforms).
⦁ This individual will need to have the ability to interpret and design engaging and relevant materials based on provided documentation and/or stakeholder requests to create content types including reference guides or presentations in Word or PowerPoint.
⦁ They will need to demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple pieces of content.
⦁ Basic project management skills will be needed, as they will need to demonstrate that they can manage timelines, prioritization and stakeholder communications around the projects they work on and can take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight.
⦁ Learning experience, or prior L&D experience, is a plus, but we do not need an instructional designer, as we are looking to manage costs on this engagement.
⦁ In addition, this team supports learning solutions and technical training - so knowledge of CRM Systems (Veeva) is also a plus, but not required as we can help them gain familiarity with the systems to be able to support content development needs.
