Job DescriptionClient Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for service scheduling and updates.Coordination & Follow-Up: Work with subcontractors and field technicians to maintain schedules and follow up on work orders.Administrative Support: Assist the Plumbing Manager with technician time cards, weekly reports, and service records.Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate service activity logs and generate internal/client reports.

QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
