An Operations Support Associate is responsible for coordinating end-to-end export logistics operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining seamless communication between freight forwarders, 3PL, and internal teams to guarantee on-time deliveries. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** · Execute all export shipments orders by air and sea · Prepare and verify complete shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates) · Liaise with forwarders and 3PL to ensure on-time deliveries · Prepare shipping reports to internal teams · Communicate proactively with all stakeholders in a very fast-paced environment · Participate in monthly inventory count activities · Other duties as assigned **Skills & Qualifications:** · Form 5 or above · Minimum 3 years of solid export experience in overseas shipments with Tier-1 freight forwarders · Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and export documentation requirements · Ability to prepare compliant shipping documents under tight deadlines + Team player with strong sense of responsibility + Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin + Job requires lifting and moving boxes up to 19 kg in weight, handling of material and ensures all orders are properly prepared for shipment as required. **Working Hours:** · 5.5 days: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) and Saturday (8:30 am to 12:30pm) **What We Offer** + Transportation Allowance + 13 months’ salary & Discretionary Bonus + Medical Coverage for dependent and child + Education Subsidies + And more. _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
