Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Support Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Operations Support Analyst will collaborate professionally with IT, business teams, management, providers, and end users * Onboard organizations and users to VG systems * Maintain user records: cleanups, merges, migrations, and mass updates * Add applications and deploy roles during releases * Validate and process organization and user access requests (URFs), manually or in bulk * Provide Tier 2 support for VG-related issues * Communicate system outages and post notifications on the VG Portal * As an Operations Support Analyst, you will run reports for business and provider teams * Support release management by documenting production issues * Share VG Ops responsibilities and assist with data analysis, cleansing, and harmonization
