clients and their clientsrsquo familiesThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities of the Administrative Support Staff and related departments providing consistent high quality service delivery on a timely basis for the HHC at Home Region Lead all Administrative staff by monitoring workloads resolving issues collaborating with the Business Office Manager BOM and delivering quality support to stakeholders Key responsibilities include staff management service delivery process improvement and compliance with policies and regulations Provide leadership support for the daily operations of the administrative departments by managing workflow and staffing of assigned areas within established time frames productivity and quality measures Determines staffing level needs and coordinates hiring to meet service demands Resolves issues and ensures compliance with regional procedures and policiesLeads coordinates and develops administrative staff to deliver consistent high quality operational support includingInterviewing and hiring decisions and participate in interviews for administrative roles across other HHC at Home RegionsMerit decisionsPerformance management including training development and coachingScheduling and time keeping of the staffIdentifies and implement process improvements by reviewing workflows administrative demands and redundancies and performs root cause analysis to enhance operational efficiency Participates in project teams and leads Lean Daily Management huddle and processes as appropriate Collaborates with department leaders and BOM as central point of contact to assess and address administrative needs and functionsEnsures that workflow processes and procedures follow regulatory and accrediting agency experience in health care setting yearsrsquo experience using electronic health record EHR systemExperience with Microsoft SuitePreferred Prior supervisory experience a plusPrevious AR experience Comprehensive understanding of operational workflows administrative processes and service delivery standardsKnowledge of organizational policies compliance requirements and applicable regulationsFamiliarity with financial principles budgeting and revenue cycle managementProficiency in Microsoft Outlook Teams SharePoint Excel Word PowerPoint and other relevant business systemsUnderstanding continuous improvement methodologiesStrong leadership and team management skills including coaching and performance evaluationExcellent organizational and time management skills ability to prioritize multiple tasksAdvanced problem solving and decision making skills for operational and personnel issuesEffective written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiencesAnalytical skills to interpret data identify trends and implement process improvementsConflict resolution and negotiation skills to manage escalations and stakeholder expectationsAbility to supervise and motivate staff across multiple departmentsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage operations in a dynamic environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
