**Job Summary** :
Join us as an Operations Supervisor and play a pivotal role in leading the daily operations of our Closing team. This position offers the opportunity to drive efficiency in pipeline management and prioritization, ensuring loans progress smoothly to closing.
As an Operations Supervisor in our Closing team, you will coordinate daily operations, address escalations, and ensure adherence to quality standards. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering collaboration, all while achieving productivity goals and supporting long-term strategy.
**Job Responsibilities** :
+ Coordinate daily operations of the Closing team, focusing on pipeline management and prioritization.
+ Address escalations and coordinate decisions to resolve customer and partner concerns.
+ Monitor adherence to quality standards, cycle times, and productivity goals.
+ Review daily production metrics and manage the pipeline to ensure effective loan progression.
+ Interact with origination management teams to facilitate smooth operations.
+ Ensure staff verifies loan documentation and updates systems accurately.
+ Provide leadership through coaching and developing team members fostering long-term learning and development.
+ Promote collaboration by prioritizing customer needs.
+ Deliver results by setting goals and supporting long-term strategy.
+ Communicate effectively to achieve clear understanding and desired outcomes.
+ Maintain accountability by ensuring effective communication with partners and settlement agents.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills** :
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Proven experience in managing a team within a mortgage or financial services environment.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex inquiries.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address escalations efficiently.
+ Proficiency in pipeline management and prioritization.
+ Commitment to delivering results and achieving organizational goals.
