**Operations Supervisor** **Wage:** $55,000/year + $300 Monthly Vehicle Allowance **Valid Ohio Driver’s License Required** **About the Role** We’re hiring an **Operations Supervisor** to oversee security operations across multiple client sites. If you’re a natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this role puts you right in the center of daily operations and team success. **What You’ll Do** + Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locations + Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed + Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews + Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans + Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed + Manage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operations + Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentation + Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed + Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements **What We’re Looking For** + 1+ year of security operations experience (or equivalent) + High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s Degree preferred) + Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills + Ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment + Reliable transportation and communication + Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. + Must pass background check and drug screening **Physical & Work Requirements** + Ability to remain calm during emergencies or high-pressure situations + Regular driving required + Occasional walking, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbs + Ability to handle confidential information professionally + On-call availability for urgent situations **Why Join Us?** You'll step into a key leadership role where you can grow your management skills, build client relationships, and make a meaningful impact on daily operations.
