**Operations Supervisor** **Salary:** **$90,000 annually** **Bonus:** **10%** **Location:** **Vancouver, WA** **Schedule:** **Rotating- M-F 5:30 am-3:00 pm the 1st, 2nd, and 4th week. If you’re open to relocation and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow into higher-level management roles. **A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor** + Assign and supervise work crews operating solid waste collection equipment + Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed + Develop and execute safety goals + Conduct field inspections and audits + Review customer complaints and resolve issues + Perform performance reviews and coaching + Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company + Oversee compliance programs (environmental, OSHA, local permitting) + Collaborate with union representatives and manage unionized employees. + This position is safety sensitive **Must Have** + Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities + Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred + Experience in transportation/trucking/logistics + Class B CDL (or ability to obtain within 90 days) + Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities + Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and business systems skills **To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com .
