This is a great opportunity for someone who’s open to relocation and eager to grow into higher-level management within 1–3 years. **What You’ll Do** + Lead and assign daily work crews operating solid waste collection equipment + Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed + Support and execute safety goals and initiatives + Conduct field inspections and ensure proper work procedures + Address customer concerns and service issues + Perform performance reviews and coaching conversations + Develop short- and long-term goals for your hauling operation + Oversee compliance programs (environmental, OSHA, permitting) **What You’ll Need** + Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities + Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred + Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics + Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days + Strong communication and leadership skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and business systems **To be considered for any of our current openings you must complete an application at www.wasteconnections.com .
