**Schedule:** Sunday–Tuesday (Rotating Wednesdays) / Thursday–Saturday (Rotating Wednesdays), 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (flexibility required)
**Salary:** $65,000
Adecco is proudly partnering with our client in North Fort Worth to hire an **Operations Supervisor** for a direct hire opportunity. This role provides leadership and oversight for a high-performing, multi-station production department. The Operations Supervisor will manage inventory and replenishment, oversee order intake and fulfillment, and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Additionally, this position drives a culture of continuous improvement and lean operations across inventory, people, and processes.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Supervise daily operations in alignment with SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
+ Actively coach and develop direct reports to ensure team growth and success.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, achieving compliance with company, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT standards.
+ Monitor and respond to daily operational issues while ensuring production objectives are met.
+ Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet accuracy, efficiency, and quality goals.
+ Partner with management to set priorities, communicate directives, and implement shift strategies.
+ Provide proper training, skill development, and performance assessments for all shift personnel.
+ Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Lead special fulfillment projects as needed.
+ Track and report production and personnel performance metrics to support departmental goals.
+ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
+ Participate in recruiting, selection, performance reviews, and corrective actions when necessary.
+ Foster collaboration with peers and departments to implement effective fulfillment strategies.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field; OR minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading teams.
+ Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
+ Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong process improvement skills with proven ability to implement new procedures.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal leadership ability.
+ Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desired.
**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
