Operations Supervisor is in-charge in leading the warehousing operations of CLDS account

Responsibilities\nSupervises the day-to-day warehouse and transportation operations of the assigned accounts.\nPlans the daily resources needed to meet operational requirements.\nSupport the team in system transactions for Inbound, Outbound, Scrapping and Inventory.\n\n\nSchedule the warehouse inventory count and identify the resources needed.\nPlan and monitors the execution of the inventory count and reconciliation (as necessary).\nMonitors KPIs and prepares monthly KPI tracking and report.\nReports and coordinates any system issues and transaction incident encountered.\nPrepares all the data/reports needed for the monthly billing of the assigned accounts.\nEscalates any operations issue and concern to Operations Manager, Regional Team and/or Customer.\nResponse to escalated concern or complaint from the customer and/or Regional Team.\nOrganize and properly keep all the operations records and archive based on the customer requirement.\nLeads the Performance Dialog/Team Briefing.\nAttends in in customer meeting, Regional Team meeting and site leadership meeting.\nPrepares the necessary data/presentation for the customer meeting, Management Team meeting and/or Leadership meeting.\nFacilitate one-to-one to immediate team members.\nRequirements

 

\n\n College Graduate
2.  Have a good background in warehousing and transportation operations.
3.  Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
4.  Dynamic and with strong leadership skill
5.   Knowledge / background in Warehouse and Transport Management System
6.  Good communication skills both written and oral\n
