**Operation Supervisor**
**What You Will Do**
+ **Production and Process Oversight**
+ Troubleshoot and evaluate molding processes within documented specifications. Adjust to maintain quality and production standards, investigate process shifts, and implement corrective actions.
+ Manage production floor operations, including mold setups, manpower utilization, material efficiencies, and quality evaluations.
+ Monitor daily production to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
+ **Equipment and Maintenance**
+ Direct real-time and preventive maintenance on primary and auxiliary equipment within skill level, and coordinate with Maintenance Staff for advanced repairs.
+ Oversee preventative maintenance and cleaning of molds, coordinating with the Tooling Team to optimize tool efficiency and lifespan.
+ **Team Leadership and Development**
+ Provide training and development opportunities to shift personnel, fostering growth and operational efficiency.
+ Ensure equitable work assignments and fair treatment of all employees. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.
+ **Safety and Compliance**
+ Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures and identifying potential hazards.
+ Promote and ensure compliance with safety rules, quality management systems, and housekeeping standards.
+ **Communication and Documentation**
+ Facilitate shift handoffs through clear written and verbal communication. Submit timely reports and maintain accurate records.
+ Order necessary supplies to ensure seamless operations.
+ **Continuous Improvement**
+ Use systematic problem-solving approaches to enhance manufacturing processes and productivity.
+ Build effective relationships within the department and with external teams to drive collaboration and operational success.
**What You Will Need**
+ **Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
+ 3–5 years of injection molding experience.
+ 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
+ **Technical Knowledge**
+ Strong understanding of safety standards, quality systems (including Statistical Process Control), and related processes.
+ **Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to perform mold changes, including heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds) and frequent physical activity.
+ **Leadership and Communication**
+ Effective spoken and written communication skills to lead teams and maintain clear documentation.
+ Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a manufacturing environment.
+ **Work Schedule**
+ Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts as required.

**Pay Details:** $67,000.00 to $83,000.00 per year
