\nWhat You'll Do:
\n- Lead with Purpose: Oversee the daily operations of DHL Express, ensuring we adhere to our high standards of compliance and excellence.
- Innovate and Implement: Collaborate on developing and implementing cutting-edge policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and safety within the department.
- Solve Problems Like a Pro: Work hand-in-hand with our Customer Service Team to tackle challenges head-on, from tracking missing parcels to finding effective solutions.
- Supervise and Inspire: Guide and mentor your team, allocating work, providing training, and resolving any issues that arise to foster a productive environment.
- Drive Performance: Motivate your team to achieve peak productivity and performance while managing key performance indices to ensure our operations thrive.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Provide insightful statistical and workload reports that help steer our operations in the right direction.
- Collaborate with Customs: Oversee interactions with Customs Authorities and the DHL Gateway and Import team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Adapt and Adjust: Part of strategic decision making based on industry trend and internal statistics, making necessary adjustments to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Support Leadership: Provide valuable advice and assistance to the Station Manager, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Fleet Management: Ensure our vehicular fleet is maintained to the highest standards, both mechanically and administratively.
- Be Flexible: Embrace a variety of miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and commitment.
- Lead with Heart: Bring purpose to the company by spearheading volunteering activities. What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in the courier industry.
- Education: Secondary education degree in economy, business or logistic will be an advantage
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and build cohesive teams.
- Challenge-Driven: A willingness to take on challenges and drive results.
- Performance-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities that foster collaboration and customer focus.
