Operations Strategy Analyst

The Operations Strategy Analyst turns strategic direction into actionable, measurable operational pilots and initiatives. This role supports the design, execution, and evaluation of pilots that strengthen the operating model, enhance efficiency, and drive productivity and scalability.

Using data-driven analysis, the analyst informs decisions on pilot evolution and scaling while developing frameworks to measure performance, quality, and impact. Partnering closely with business, technology, analytics, and product teams, this role ensures strategies are grounded in clear outcomes and aligned with enterprise priorities.

In the Role

Partner with business leaders to develop business cases defining operational needs, rationale, and measurable outcomesSupport requirements development through process mapping, gap analysis, and solution recommendationsDesign and maintain strategic planning materials, templates, and communicationsBuild and enhance dashboards, pilot trackers, and performance reportingCollaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives and inform decision-makingResolve escalated issues using structured analytical approachesPrepare executive-ready presentations and materialsConduct ad hoc analysis, support due diligence, and provide project management for strategic initiatives

Requirements

3–5 years in operations strategy, business analytics, operating model design, or transformation rolesBachelor’s degree requiredStrong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decisionsProficiency with Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred:

Financial services experienceExperience supporting operational pilots, transformation initiatives, or scalability effortsFamiliarity with project management methodologies and solution delivery lifecyclesExperience building business cases, performance frameworks, or executive reportingStrong stakeholder partnership and influencing skillsEnterprise mindset with the ability to connect analysis to broader organizational strategy
