Main Responsibilites: Tracking of capital and expenses, including tracking of AFEs, WBS elements, and assets. Assist in the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Maintain accurate records in SAP FI/CO cost centers, and internal orders. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SOX requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for project reporting. Prepare and analyze reports for both local statutory and corporate financial requirements. Support audits and provide documentation as needed. Sales and expense monthly forecast elaboration Financial counseling to the different operation departments in order to make strategic decisions. Ensures sales and COS are recorded correctly within the month. What Skills You Need: Preparing accurate entries and performing account reconciliations. Strong analytical skills to explain budget vs. actual differences. Experience in preparing monthly sales and expense forecasts Capable of providing strategic financial guidance to operations teams. Able to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. What Makes You Stand Out: Proficient in managing cost centers, internal orders, and asset accounting. Comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling. Familiarity with tools like Power BI or similar for financial reporting. Education: Bachelor's Degree: Accountant, Business Administartion, or related.
