**Job Overview**
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time
Are you detail oriented with good organizational skills? Do you enjoy a processing atmosphere combined with a great degree of client service? If so, you may be an ideal candidate for the open position of Operations Specialist II within the Canada Payment Operations team at Edward Jones. Responsibilities include processing cheque deposits/issuance, wire transfers, incoming mail and other in office processing as required. If you enjoy working with branch offices and other departments and are continuously seeking to advance your career this may be an ideal move for you.
+ High level of attention to detail while processing routine activities.
+ Adhering to guidelines while verifying that documents are complete and accurate.
+ Maintains performance standards and expectations while increasing contribution to department initiatives.
+ May handle escalations. Those more complex in nature should be reviewed with subject matter expert or leader.
+ Effectively use knowledge and resources to ensure processing is compliant with regulations and current policies.
+ Serve as subject matter expert to others, both within and outside of the area. Share knowledge, ideas and solutions. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and leverage resources to implement.
+ Ability to promote a positive, team environment with a focus on client service.
+ Assists the department in identifying trends for the purpose of simplifying procedures and creating efficiencies for branch teams and home office.
+ Gain a high-level expertise on the processes we support through continued training.
+ Work independently and as a team to meet department, division, and firm objectives.
+ Provide fellow associates and branch offices with easy access to information, friendly support and reliable solutions.
+ Handle escalated issues requiring in-depth research, communication with other areas of the firm and/or outside contact and work directly with the branch on resolution.
+ Expectation to cross-train on other functions once proficiency is established on core work.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate.
**Hiring Minimum:** $52100
**Hiring Maximum:** $85800
