We are hiring Operations Specialists who will be accountable to managing quality events across Pfizer’s commercial operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality execution in line with global quality standards.
Role Purpose
The Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end cases, including review, documentation, root cause analysis (RCA), development of remedial measures, stakeholder alignment and follow- up through completion.
The role requires strong written and verbal English, high attention to detail, persistence in stakeholder follow up, and the ability to drive compliance within strict timelines.
This is a high-visibility role working closely with internal stakeholders, and vendor partners across regions.
We are looking for:
Preferably 1 year + experience in audit, compliance, or quality operations, in a regulated environment Background in pharmaceutical or other life sciences preferable though not essentialA service-oriented and compliance-focused mindsetHigh level of attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to work effectively, under strict timelines and SLA commitmentsProven follow-up discipline and resilience when working with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to challenge, influence, and drive compliance in a professional and fact-based mannerStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple quality events in parallelComfortable working in a global, multicultural environmentSelf-motivated Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and spoken English, including technical writing, is mandatoryWhat You Will Be Expected to Deliver
Review and manage cases within defined scopeEnsure high quality, compliant documentation, including RCA, impact assessments and CAPA descriptions and follow up recordsKnowledge of policies and procedures in scope and demonstrate strong interpretation skills to ensure its accurate application and complianceFollow up with internal stakeholders and vendorsActively track timelines, escalate risks, and ensure adherence to SLAsDemonstrate persistence and resilience to ensure deliveries are completed on time, even in challenging situationsSupport remediation efforts for audit findingsMaintain high-quality documentation aligned with predefined standardsProactively identify recurring issues and improvement opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement of processes in scopePurpose
