If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated **Imaging Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality digitization of physical assets by operating advanced scanning equipment and performing precise data verification. You will work alongside a dedicated team of information management professionals committed to securing and digitizing our customers' most important data. **What You’ll Do** In this role, you will: + **Operate and maintain** high-speed imaging and scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats according to precise project specifications. + **Collaborate with the operations team** to verify document quantities and ensure data integrity throughout the scanning process. + **Ensure compliance** with Iron Mountain’s security standards and document handling policies to protect customer confidentiality. **What You’ll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **1+ years of experience** in a production, imaging, or document management environment. + **Strong knowledge** of Personal Computer (PC) operations and scanning hardware functionality. + **Proven ability** to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting production deadlines. + **High School Diploma** or equivalent certification.
