**Operations Specialist (Columbus, OH)** This role supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by bridging product development, production planning, and logistics to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time while optimizing efficiency, inventory levels, and manufacturing standards. **Your role:** + Partner with product development and manufacturing teams to support product development lifecycle management (PDLM) subprojects, providing factory input on manufacturability, quality control plans, and project sign-off activities. + Support day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations, including production planning, inbound and outbound order management, packing, and shipping within the SAP and MBP systems. + Calculate and execute optimal production plans for in-house and outsourced manufacturing by balancing supply and demand, throughput times, and logistics parameters to meet market needs. + Lead and support manufacturing enhancements, including capital expenditure optimization, procurement, installation, and supervision of recurring manufacturing equipment. + Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify defects, reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance overall operational efficiency while collaborating with global supply chain and warehouse stakeholders. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired experience in manufacturing engineering, operations planning, or supply chain roles with demonstrated ownership of SAP planning modules (especially SAP MBP inventory and order governance in a manufacturing environment) as an individual contributor. + Your skills include hands-on experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) using Philips ACI (Automated Control & Integration) product and process roadmaps, performing configuration and lifecycle activities that align with manufacturing readiness and quality standards. + You have strong expertise in SAP MBP including managing inbound/outbound production orders, inventory reconciliation, warehouse document flows, and system issue resolution via structured problem-solving. + You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. + You’re an analytical, proactive communicator with demonstrated ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams in a global, warehouse-centric environment (onsite presence expected at least 3 days per week). + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
