Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist to provide accurate product information, pricing, quotes, modifications, and product availability and delivery dates. The successful candidate will process orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate product information and pricing.Generate quotes, modifications, and determine product availability and delivery dates.Process orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in order entry and data entry.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.Experience in administrative support and processing orders.Familiarity with quoting and pricing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Environment

This position requires working in an office environment, Monday through Friday. The role offers a dynamic workplace with supportive team members and a comprehensive benefits package.
