**Job Responsibilities:** * Processes customer case and work order closures, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support timely billing and revenue recognition, while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs). * Assists in handling exceptions for customer cases and work orders by identifying and correcting errors, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and ready for integration with financial processes. * Develops familiarity with a wide range of tasks and procedures, executing tasks of dissimilar or varied nature, resolving varied problems using pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Works under general supervision, executes support tasks according to clear instructions, procedures, and rules while seeking alternative solutions when deviations arise, within a defined set of options. * Collaborates with the Customer Care Centre to address customer inquiries and requirements, ensuring that all billing-related issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. * Works closely with the Contracts Team to ensure that costs are accurately allocated to the appropriate customer contracts, supporting the overall financial integrity of service operations. * Routes overdue cases and work orders to the appropriate department for follow-up, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely manner and do not impact service delivery or customer satisfaction. * Supports efforts to resolve incomplete cases by identifying and correcting errors within work orders, ensuring seamless integration with the company's financial systems and processes. * Assists in improving internal processes by identifying opportunities to speed up case and work order closure, reduce defects, and enhance the visibility of successful outcomes. **Minimum required Education:** High School Diploma, Vocational Education. **Preferred Skills:** * Data Entry * Documentation & Reporting * Administrative Support * Service Operations * Regulatory Compliance * Financial Acumen * Billing Process * Accounting **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
