Airswift is seeking for OPERATION SPECIALIST- to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company. 

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in engineering 10 years Oil and Gas experience, out of which 5 years’ experience in offshore projects commissioning and start-up and 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
JOB CONTEXT: Lead the Offshore Operations primarily in offshore project activities, asset performance reporting and business planning, whilst supporting operational & maintenance troubleshooting requirements to ensure safe and reliable operations to achieve the overall asset objectives Provide a competent and proficient focal point to influence people and projects in coordinating the implementation of operational and business recommended improvements in the offshore environment. Major challenge is to progress multiple competing initiatives with ever-changing priorities that impact different sections within the offshore arena whilst ensuring minimum base business distraction.
