Operations Specialist
**Adecco** is looking for an **Operations Analyst** to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our clients and partners. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for assisting with account on-boarding and maintenance processes. You will work directly with our branch offices, the Retirement Benefits Contact Center, and clients to help them establish and maintain their brokerage accounts. + **Pay Rate** : $ 22.12/hr + **Location:** Hybrid – Tampa, FL (2-3 days/week) + **Shift** : M – F 8:00am – 5:00pm + **Type:** Temp to hire **Responsibilities:** + Provide first-contact resolution for account and client on-boarding and maintenance inquiries. + Partner with branch offices and clients to assist with brokerage account needs. + Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines. + Process routine transactions and provide quality operations support. + Refer complex issues to a Team Manager or Supervisor. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience is preferred. **Skills** : + Proven decision-making skills and the ability to manage risk effectively. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + A track record of delivering excellent service to clients. + Exceptional organizational and teamwork skills. + Results-oriented, driven, and ambitious. + Ability to be flexible with your schedule. **Desired** : + Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and core values. **Why Work with Adecco?** + Payday every Friday. + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy. + Potential for permanent hire with the client. + Dedicated onboarding specialist. **This position is managed by one of Adecco’s National Recruitment Teams, not your local branch.
