**Position Overview**
As our Operations Solution manager, you will develop and execute a strategic adoption of an enterprise asset management tool, industry 4.0 operational entitlement which includes advanced robotics, data analytics predicated on machine learning and AI. The end goal is to enable a highly autonomous lights out facilities operations. You will champion innovation, foster a culture that embraces new technologies and process improvements, and proactively adapt infrastructure through engagements with our centralized engineering and facility management teams. This role is defined by intellectual curiosity, strategic insight, and the courage to drive transformative change that positions Texas Instruments as an industry leader in facilities operations.

+ Build strategic partnerships with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies.

+ Spearhead facility expansion initiatives and catalyze investments to support long-term organizational objectives.
+ Safety, Compliance & Risk Management:
+ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
+ Oversee risk management strategies and emergency response protocols.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred), business, program management or related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or smart manufacturing adoption.
+ Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change initiatives and driving innovation across organizational boundaries.
+ Experience in budget development and management.
+ Familiarity with software/hardware control systems, SCADA, EAM/CMMS systems, and digital facility management tools.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and report to senior management effectively.
