The Global Click to Ship team is responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment for Dropship Suppliers by acting as advocates for both suppliers and customers. This team is at the forefront of monitoring and addressing global supplier fulfillment issues by responding to supplier inquiries, coordinating with carriers, and working cross-functionally to resolve complex order issues. Through daily inbound support and communication, the team supports suppliers globally to achieve on-time, accurate deliveries and to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
What You'll Do: We Drive Results
+ Optimize Supplier Performance: Monitor key metrics to enhance supplier performance in critical areas, driving continuous improvement and supporting suppliers in delivering accurate, on-time orders at scale.
+ Identify & Solve Issues: Use real-time tickets and data insights to quickly detect and prioritize issues, collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
+ Execute Root Cause Analysis: Leverage internal tools to conduct root cause analysis, contributing to process improvements within the Click to Ship team.
+ Adapt to Challenges: Respond with agility to operational roadblocks, balancing quality with productivity to maintain standards under high volume.
+ Promote Tool Adoption: Encourage suppliers to adopt Wayfair’s technology solutions to streamline fulfillment processes and enhance overall supplier engagement.

What you’ll need
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent military/work experience
+ Skill at time management and prioritization, working well under deadlines
+ Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
+ Strong organization skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment
+ Passion for solving complex business problems
+ Experience with collaborative G Suite tools or their Microsoft/Open Office equivalents
+ Desire to work hard and be challenged in a fast-paced environment
+ Preference for experience with:
+ Warehouse, logistics, and/or supply chain operations
+ Data + reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Google Data Studio)
