As an Operations Senior Specialist- Document Execution in Satisfaction Processing, you will perform a variety of roles within the Home Lending space, all related to facilitating the transition of a loan to closure.
Job responsibilities
Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, imaging, data entry and opening correspondenceCreate and maintain loan filesWork with the underwriting departmentProvide coverage for any of the support roles, as dictated by absences or volume fluctuationsMonitor and update various system records and credit websiteCommunicate with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepanciesPerform additional duties as assignedCollaborate with internal partners across Consumer Feedback, Communication, & Governance Programs.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
