Operations Senior Manager-Dispositions
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Operations Senior Manager within the Dispositions group. **In this role, you will:** + Manage and develop teams of individual contributors in roles with moderate work complexity and risk in the Operations functional area related to dispositions/payoffs from customers/dealers. + Work with more experienced management to develop and execute business strategies + Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within the Operations functional area + Develop and implement business unit strategies + Provide expertise for technical, operational and processing functions related to business unit + Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Operation management functional team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables + Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility across business lines or functional areas + Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers + Lead team to achieve objectives related to dispositions/payoffs + Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes + Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations + Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 3+ years of management or leadership experience **Desired Qualifications:** + Cash management leadership experience + Experience working in Commercial or Wholesale Banking + Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process transformation, utilizing data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies + Ability to provide leadership including; coaching, training, and mentoring to virtual or remote teams + Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills + Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity + Strong collaboration and partnering skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management + Strong strategic planning skills + Change management experience + Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis + Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including management + Advanced Microsoft Office skills **Job Expectations:** + Ability to work on-site at one the posted work locations + This position offers a hybrid work schedule – 3 days in office / 2 days remote + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. **Posting End Date:** 6 Oct 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
