The Opportunity:
As a Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) Operations Scheduler, you will support the United States Air Force (USAF) Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and the 350th Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS). You will be part of a newly formed Operations Section within the 350th SWTS, which is essential for the success and efficiency of 350th SWTS training programs directly supporting the “Common Skills” course readiness and capability of Special Warfare (SW) personnel. You will maintain current and forecasted Special Warfare schedules for the “Common Skills” and other courses. You will coordinate daily with the SWTS Operations Manager on changes, student load and logistic requirements to include ground transport and meals.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily with the SWTS Operations Manager. OOperations Scheduler will maintain current and forecasted schedules for all Special Warfare "Common Skills" ground and air-related courses.Coordinate training requirements to meet training objectives.Ensure efficient use of resources and time to maximize training opportunities.Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges or changes in the training and/or scheduling environment.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Excellent time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in scheduling software.Strong understanding of Special Warfare training requirements.Secret Clearance


Desired:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree.Prior experience working with Special Warfare/ Special Operations Forces (SOF) Organizations

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$65,000 - $136,500
