Job Summary
The Operations Representative I position provides office support through the utilization of computer systems and mapping records to support Field Operations including Construction Service, Meter Reading, and Utility Departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Provide Clerical support for all aspects for the Operations department. Audit all paperwork as related to UGI operations. Provide daily support to various UGI systems such as: SAP, ESRI, DOJM, R2, Mobile Dispatch (CAD). Work on various UGI reports and provide communications to internal and external customers.
+ Support Operations with various tasks including but not limited to maps and records review, scanning , importing , data entry, PA one call tickets, permit process, work scheduling, invoice processing, creating purchase requisitions, and special project support.
+ Perform daily data entry into the payroll system ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll information for hourly field employees.
+ Provide support to Operations Support Supervisors and Operations Support Coordinators as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Strong computer skills with MS Office.
+ Experience with Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and SAP preferred.
+ Ability to read maps.
+ Knowledge of PA1 call helpful.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
+ Ability to perform data entry of timesheet and payroll information.
Education and Experience
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
