Operations Recruiter

As an Operations Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles in warehouse and transportation.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent, ensuring staffing levels meet ambitious operational goals.
This is 100% On Site in the Bronx, NYC.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and transportation positions.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to maintain organized applicant records and provide guidance on job descriptions and posting strategies.
+ Source candidates through job boards, networking, and creative outreach, including passive candidate engagement.
+ Screen resumes, conduct prescreens, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
+ Post openings across appropriate platforms and ensure timely updates.
+ Deliver accurate and engaging information to candidates about roles and the organization.
+ Maintain compliance and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
+ Respond promptly to day-to-day recruiting needs and adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting (operations, transportation, or warehouse preferred).
+ Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and sourcing tools.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Work Environment:
On-site role with flexible scheduling (8–4, 9–5, 9:30–5:30, or 10–6).

This is a Contract position based out of Bronx, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
